An order has been created from a signed order form

An order has been created from a signed order form. It always follows an order_form.signed event, emitted in the same transaction. The billing_snapshot returned by the REST endpoints is omitted from this payload, being a heavy blob; retrieve the order to get it. This is a premium feature.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
