Ordering API

Create order

Crea una orden marketplace para el customer y website usando el estado guardado por Ordering API. El único body param es idempotencyKey; local, entrega, horario y pago salen de OrderPreferences, y billing, propina, cashAmount, orderParams, gift y meta salen de PATCH /cart/preferences. Si el medio de pago es online (paymentTypeIsIntegration), la respuesta incluye paymentGatewayUrl para que el cliente complete el pago.
