Create a meeting type (v2)

Create ONE meeting type from { name, emoji? }. Names are unique per user, or per workspace with X-Dex-Workspace (owners and admins only) — a duplicate returns 400. Requires Idempotency-Key. Returns { data: { meeting_type: {...} } } with status 201.

Required. UUID per logical operation, reused on every retry. See apps/rest-api/src/shared/idempotency.ts for the full contract. Missing → 400 BadRequest; same key + different body → 409 Conflict.
