Delete a group (v2)

Permanently delete a group. The contacts in the group are NOT deleted — only their groups_contacts membership rows and the group itself are removed. Returns the canonical bulk envelope: { data: { affected: 1, ids: [groupId] } }. A very large group whose membership cascade cannot finish inside the request budget returns 202 with the same body: the deletion is accepted and completes in the background within minutes. Idempotency-Key is optional.
