Update a contact (v2)

Changed on

Partially update a contact by its ID. Requires Idempotency-Key. Returns { data: { contact: {...} } } with the post-update row. Also fires a Pub/Sub message to auto-add the contact to social groups when LinkedIn / Twitter / Instagram / etc. fields are set.

Required. UUID per logical operation, reused on every retry. See apps/rest-api/src/shared/idempotency.ts for the full contract. Missing → 400 BadRequest; same key + different body → 409 Conflict.
