Match a contact email to deals & leads

Finds deals and leads whose primary-contact / work email matches the address (exact, case-insensitive), with a domain fallback when nothing exact hits. Powers the Gmail extension sidebar. Each result url is the shareable /deals/<id> · /leads/<id> deep-link.
