Stream logs for a pipeline run
Tail a pipeline run's logs over Server-Sent Events so a client renders them as they are produced instead of polling. Reads from whichever backend holds the run's log — object storage when streamable logs are enabled for the pipeline, the pipeline service otherwise. Every event carries an after cursor; reconnect with ?after=<cursor> to resume without re-reading what was already delivered. The server closes the stream with a complete event once the run finishes, and all viewers of the same run share a single reader against the log backend.
