MCP Usage

Per-user call counts with client name

Returns per-user aggregates in the form { user: { calls, client } } where client is the most-recent MCP client (Claude Desktop / Cursor / VS Code / CLI) the user connected with. Bot principals (suffix 'Bot') are excluded. Admin only.
