Batch-hydrate lineage nodes into full entity objects

Replaces N per-node entity GETs with a single round-trip. Accepts a list of (type, id) pairs; returns hydrated entities grouped by entityType. Each entity is authorized individually with VIEW_BASIC — entities the caller cannot read are silently dropped from the response (rather than failing the whole batch).
