Run a batch of Data Quality Reports

Run multiple data quality report aggregations in a single request. Each item is executed concurrently on the server and the results are returned keyed by the request key. Use this to avoid N+1 round trips when a dashboard needs many aggregations at once. A failure in one item does not fail the batch; that item's result carries an error instead of a report.
