Count one landing from a tagged link (utm_source), cookieless and with no consent needed: it keeps the campaign's tags, the path, a country and a class of browser, nothing that identifies the visitor (gcg/services/visits.py).

A robot that runs the page is recorded too, as bot, so the readout can tell paid clicks that were people from those that were not.
