WebSocket Responses (OpenAI alias)

WebSocket upgrade endpoint for the Responses API. Mirrors the canonical GET /v1/responses WS endpoint; the OpenAI-prefixed path is selected when the request includes an Upgrade: websocket header. Authentication accepts the same headers as the inference HTTP surface plus the openai-insecure-api-key.<key> subprotocol fallback.
