The view /actions opens on for one person.

Saved explicitly from the filter menu, never inferred from the last filter someone tried: a default that rewrites itself because you once checked the email chip is a surprise, and a default whose whole job is to be predictable should not surprise anyone. An explicit URL always wins over this, so a shared link still lands on what the sender saw.
