Update Actions Preferences

Full-replace the caller's default view.

A full replace, not a merge (PUT, per the backend conventions): the body is the whole view. Omitting channel means "no channel filter", which is a real choice a person can save — a merge could never express it.

How far back the Actions page looks.

A closed set rather than a free string, so the client's list and the stored preference cannot drift apart. SEVEN_DAYS is the default: ACTION_ITEM_MAX_AGE is seven days, so a week is the complete set of actions the backend will create.
