The bindings go with it, deleted explicitly below — NOT by the FK cascade, which never fires because the connection row is reused across reconnects rather than deleted. A binding authorizes the agent to speak in a room on the strength of this grant, so keeping them would leave rows claiming an authority that no longer exists. Reconnecting starts from "enabled nowhere", which is the same safe default a first connection gets.
