A business's activity, rolled up across its member contacts.
Merges the members' chats, bookings and investigations (all keyed by customer_profile_id) plus their voice calls (matched by phone, since calls have no profile FK — see PR 11). Read-time, production-gated, capped and ordered most-recent first.
