Actions per workspace-local day, newest first, with the channel chip counts.
since/until are inclusive workspace-local dates; omit both for every day on record. Unlike the list, this returns no conversation content, so there is nothing here to redact for a caller without VIEW_TRANSCRIPTS — a date and a count are metadata.
