Finish Embedded Signup and save the tenant's WhatsApp connection.

All five Meta calls run before anything is written, so a failure at any step leaves no half-connected row. The tenant's row is revived or replaced in place, never duplicated. When the number changes, the old number's assistant endpoints go: guests texting it are no longer ours to answer.
