Properties the grant cannot read are returned but flagged rather than hidden — an operator whose property is unverified should see why it is not usable, not wonder where it went. Same contract as Cloudflare's /zones.

site_url is passed through exactly as Google returns it; see GoogleSearchConsoleClient.list_sites.
