Soft-delete the property's connection and scrub every token.

Scrubbing matters: leaving a cached installation token or a repository selection behind means a later reconnect could inherit state the new installation cannot reach, which surfaces as an opaque permission error inside a tool call rather than as unfinished setup on the card. This is the same defect that had to be fixed for PostHog after the fact.
