Tracker Logos

Uploaded source logos as {domain: url} for the map to layer over the static committed manifest.

A SEPARATE lookup from the region index on purpose: published snapshots are immutable, but a logo can be uploaded or replaced at any time, so a logo URL cannot live in the frozen aggregate. CDN-cached like the other public reads — an upload is visible after at most the cache TTL, which is fine for a logo; admins see their change immediately on the uncached admin surface. Empty-safe: with no uploads the map falls back to placeholder → monogram, exactly as before.
