HubSpot appends portalId, userId, userEmail, and appId. userId and userEmail are stored on the approval. The address is not logged and is not sent to Sentry. The body is action, objectType, objectId, hubspotThreadId, and, for approve, draftText. A note is written on the record with the scopes the install already has. A failed note does not remove the approval.
