Receive LiveKit platform webhooks (room_finished, etc.).

Authentication: JWT signature in the Authorization header, verified against the project's LIVEKIT_API_KEY / LIVEKIT_API_SECRET.

Returns 200 immediately; heavy work is dispatched as a background task.
