Get Results For Bookings

Batch-fetch active-revision booking-metric results for a page of bookings.

Used by the bookings table to populate booking-metric columns. Returns only booking-anchored (log-less) results — the booking's own metrics, not the booking annotation on a linked log. Mapping: booking_id -> {metric_id -> result_summary}. The summary carries no reasoning/text/json, so this is safe for the VIEW_BOOKINGS bookings surface.
