Uploads

Upload a file

Upload a file either with a URL, base64 encoded, or with a multipart POST. You upload one file at a time and get a file id in return, which is then used to add the file to a GetAccept document. To upload several files, make several requests. We only accept documents with a total file size of 20 MB.

The uploaded file expires after 48 hours, so add it to a GetAccept document before the expiry time. The file is deleted once you add it to a document, so to use the same file for several documents you have to upload it again.

We recommend uploading PDF files to guarantee the same look when sent. Other file types can be converted, such as:

  • Microsoft Office: doc, docx, xl, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx
  • Mac: numbers, key
  • Images: jpg, jpeg, png
  • Other: html, tex, csv
