Get teams

Get a list of the current teams for the entity. Teams with no members are not listed, so an entity whose teams are all empty returns 204 with no body. Admins, and all callers when data visibility is off, get all non-empty teams with team_user_count. In restricted mode, users, content managers, and managers get only the teams they belong to. In teams mode, every non-admin gets only the teams they belong to. Lists limited to the caller's teams omit team_user_count and return 204 when the caller belongs to no team.
