Create a knowledge base entry

Create a knowledge base entry for the authenticated entity.

Send content_type text together with content to create a text entry, which starts embedding right away. Send content_type file together with file_name to create a file entry: the response then carries a presigned_link that the file has to be posted to before the entry is embedded.
