Create or update a device

Register a push device for the authenticated user, or update the device that already holds the same token. Both type and token are required; a request missing either is rejected with 400. The response carries the id of the stored device.

Type of the device, stored as sent and returned unchanged.

Push token of the device, which together with the user identifies the device to create or update.
