Merged view of bookings and waitlist entries for a given date, sorted by expected arrival time. Used by the dashboard's day-of operations panel. Scope: bookings:read.

Restrict to one booking status (PENDING, CONFIRMED, …). Omit for all.

Comma-separated waitlist statuses.

Org-key scope: which restaurant's queue to fetch.
