Create a closure period

Block a date range from new bookings. Does NOT cancel existing bookings inside the window — the caller must cancel each one explicitly. Write scope: bookings:write.

Required only for org-level keys with multiple restaurants.

start_datestring date required

First day of the closure (inclusive).

end_datestring date required

Last day (inclusive). Same as start_date for single-day closures.
