Run Search

Projection of campaigns.search_daily (cron — service/cron Bearer token).

Budget-chunked + idempotent: a run that can't fit every area inside the budget reports completed=false and the next run resumes stalest-first, so the twice-daily schedule both mops up and catches late-published scenes.
