Get Column Ddl Feed
Return the column-DDL audit history for a dataset.
Surfaces the column-DDL events to dataset owners so they can detect editor-initiated schema changes.
Owners and administrators can read the feed, because the entries identify editors. Other authenticated users receive 403 for a dataset they can see, such as a public one, and 404 for one they can't. Anonymous callers receive 401.
The dataset 404-before-auth-query ordering ensures non-existent datasets return 404 without leaking audit log details.
