Events handled:
- INITIAL_PURCHASE: New subscription created
- RENEWAL: Subscription renewed, reset scan counter
- CANCELLATION: User cancelled, access continues until period end
- EXPIRATION: Subscription expired, revoke access
- BILLING_ISSUE: Payment failed, grace period started
- UNCANCELLATION: Cancellation reversed
- PRODUCT_CHANGE: Plan/product changed
