Delete a vault

Permanently delete an archived vault, its columns, its views, its extracted data, and its connector links. This cannot be undone. The documents themselves are removed from storage in the background over the following minutes.

Archive the vault first with POST /vaults/{id}/archive. Deleting a live vault returns 409, so an accidental call cannot destroy an active vault.

Requires the owner role in the vault and the organization-level permission to manage vaults.

Requires a user-scoped API key (u:gcai_...). A vault is shared with named people, so an organization-scoped key has no identity to resolve vault access with.
