Scim Patch Group

Partial update of a SCIM Group via PatchOp (RFC 7644 §3.5.2).

Supported paths: displayName, members (add/remove). Supports both the bare members path with a value list and the filtered path members[value eq "<principal_id>"] for single-member removal.
