Dismiss Onboarding

Dismiss the guided setup wizard for the authenticated user's organization.

Sets organization.onboarding_dismissed_at to the current UTC timestamp and emits an onboarding_dismissed audit event. Idempotent — re-dismissing an already-dismissed org is a no-op in terms of business logic (the timestamp is simply refreshed).

Returns: HTTP 204 No Content.
