Rule that decided which beads are in Beads: the root, everything carrying gc.root_bead_id == root, plus the root's convoy members when the root is a convoy, and then the transitive parent-child closure taken over all of those — a convoy member brings its own subtree. Both storage tiers are in scope, so a wisp molecule (whose beads are all ephemeral) returns its members rather than reading as empty. Never dependency reachability, which drops dependency-isolated members such as gc.kind=spec sidecars.
