Ingest markers

Ingests a batch of analytics markers (events) from the SDK. Each marker is platform-validated; invalid markers are returned in rejectedMarkers while valid ones are ingested into our pipeline. Billable markers (everything except platform-specific free types) count against the org's subscription usage and the request is rolled back if publishing fails. Returns counts of ingested, rejected, and stale markers.
