Get active configurations

Returns the active remote configuration snapshot for the calling SDK's application and environment. The payload includes config variables, privacy options, GB-managed rates (CheckRequests, EngagementMarkers), heatmap metadata, the publish timestamp, and a snapshot of currently available experiments. Resolved entirely from the authenticated SDK API key — no body required.
