Manually fires the V4 points-expiry job for a given catalog (Core DB) on a given tenant. The job is enqueued on Hangfire and runs asynchronously, so the request returns immediately. Optional fromDate / toDate override the default ~30-day ExpiryDate window — when omitted the job runs with its standard scheduled window.

The catalog (Core DB name) whose clients should be processed.

The tenant owning the catalog — required because catalog names are only unique within a tenant.

Optional lower bound (UTC) for the ExpiryDate window.

Optional upper bound (UTC) for the ExpiryDate window.
