FraudScores

Updates the authenticated client's fraud notification preferences. Recipient emails are validated, trimmed, and de-duplicated by the manager; at least one recipient is required when either delivery channel (per-transaction or daily digest) is enabled. Gameball-internal recipients already stored for the client are preserved by the manager, since the dashboard never receives them to echo back
