DiscountCodes

Enqueues the V2 export of the pregenerated coupons listing, read from the Data Warehouse.

The V1 export above pages the DiscountCodes table through the application; this one hands a single Redshift UNLOAD straight to S3, which is what lets a large client's export finish. It also renders the Held status, which V1 cannot: the hold lives in the coupon engine, while the warehouse already carries both sides.
