Updates an translation resource

Updates a translation resource by overriding the existing entry.

The name of the translation resource

urlstring

The URL of the translation resource. At the moment, google drive spreasheets are supported.

metadatastring

Optional metadata, specific to the individual resource. In the case of google spreadsheets, if a spreadsheet has a single sheet, metadata can be left empty. Otherwise it must specify the name of a sheet in the spreadsheet.
