Check that the caller's integration for a provider still authenticates.

Args: name: Provider name from the URL. integration: Integration resolved from the URL, read access already checked.

Returns: {200: "OK"} when the provider accepts the stored credentials.

Raises: GalileoServerException: When the provider rejects them.
