Join Organization

Add the calling system user to an organization.

Args: organization_id: Organization to join, resolved from the URL. join_request: The role to join with. ctx: Async system user context for the caller.

Returns: The newly created membership.

Raises: GalileoServerException: 404 if the organization doesn't exist. HTTPException: 400 if the calling system user already has a membership in the organization.
