Update an annotation template's name and/or rating constraints.

Args: annotation_template_update: Fields to update. project: The project the template belongs to, resolved from the URL. template: The template to update, resolved from the URL. ctx: Async request context.

Returns: The updated annotation template.

Raises: HTTPException: 400 if renaming to a name already used by another template in the project.
