Get All Models

List the models available for querying, optionally including the caller's custom models.

Args: with_custom_models: Whether to append models from the caller's SageMaker and custom integrations. A caller without either integration simply gets the supported list. ctx: Async request context supplying the read session and current user.

Returns: The supported query models, followed by any custom models the caller has configured.
