Get Experiment Insights

Get insights for an experiment run.

Args: experiment_id: Experiment run to fetch insights for. project: Project resolved from the URL. ctx: Async request context supplying the read session.

Returns: The insights and the status of the job that generated them.

Raises: GalileoServerException: 404 when no insights exist for the experiment.
