The name of the entity grant to search for. Supports wildcard search using *.

The user Id to search for grants on.
numberOfResultsstring
The number of results to return. Defaults to 25.
orderBystring
The field to order the results by.
startRowstring
The offset into the total results. Defaults to 0.
