verifications

Read a verification and its verdict, waiting for it

Read a verification verifications_start began: its status and the verifier's verdict, fixed, still_present, inconclusive (never fixed) or pending. wait_seconds (0 to 55) holds the answer until the verdict is in or the time is up; call it again while the verdict is pending. A verification waiting on crawl_needed is judged by the next finished crawl: start one, or wait for the site's scheduled crawl. The verdict is the verifier's, not yours: quote its summary to your human as it is. Next: read the issue's new state and version with issues_get.
